ABOUT SARAH

I generously welcome individuals to this process in whatever stage they arrive at - we can work together to figure it all out. I really enjoy helping people in the midst of critical life transitions and on working to become their most authentic selves. And I am happy to work with individuals who feel stuck or who haven't found therapy helpful in the past. I am particularly focused on helping people heal from trauma, with an emphasis on the wounds of early childhood. Change is hard. I provide a healing and non-judgmental space that helps to facilitate new insight, learning, and growth. Prior to private practice, I worked for a number of years in community mental health settings, working with people who were impacted by a variety of vulnerabilities, including chronic mental health issues, addiction, attachment trauma, the criminal justice system, and intergenerational trauma.
